1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Polybased SDK ("the SDK"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the SDK.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use the SDK for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in the SDK's open-source license. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
3. Disclaimer
The SDK is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the SDK will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Use of the SDK is at your own risk.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Polybased or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the SDK, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
5. Third-Party Services
The SDK interacts with Polymarket's API and services. Your use of Polymarket is subject to Polymarket's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Polymarket's services or policies.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the SDK after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
